Every single one of our mushrooms is grown 100% organically, in a carefully controlled environment, by us in-house. That means we oversee the entire process from start to finish, so we know exactly what goes into them and can guarantee the quality that ends up on your table.

The Greater Blue Mountains Area was listed as a World Heritage site back in 2000 because of its extraordinary natural values. Growing our mushrooms here, in this clean, protected environment, is a big part of why they carry such a pure flavour and quality that we honestly haven’t tasted anywhere else.
